Crudite of Beautimus veggies and homemade sesame crackers with a few easy-healthful dips, Feijoda- a healthy version of this delish Brazilian Black Bean Soup, Quinoa, Roasted Beet & Goat Cheese Salad- Wild Cod with Chermoula, and more!

Time for some great Italian food, who doesn’t love it? Panzanella Salad- a classic-crisp salad veggies tossed with cubes of bread and a simply fantastic vinaigrette, Delish Homemade Pappardelle-thick wide ribbons of pasta-with Nana Rosie’s Old World Meatballs, Some Artisan Italian Bread (but of course!) and Chicken Galliano, a FamFave! Chicken breasts stuffed with a homemade herbed cheese, then breaded & sautéed in butter & Galliano…also, add a yummy lemon-Ricotta & Pine Nut Tart to top it off!
